1. How can you guys install the printer after I receive the printer?
We have assembled the printer and tested the machine well in our factory,and also tested with print heads installed,but In order to make sure the print heads are OK on your side,we do not install your new onto the machine,so we will instruct you to install the print heads.we have make clear manual on how to install the print heads and how to do the calibration.(you can get the manual from our salesman or after-sale service people).if you are lazy and just don't want to do it by yourself,you can contact us to install for you on your side,or we install the print heads in our factory ahead of time if you are willing to undertake the risk of print head blocking when transporting.
2. How can you train me or train my employee to operate this printer?
The best way is you or your employee can come to our factory to learn from us how to operate the printer face to face,but it that's not convenient for to come,we can train your guys by videos and manual,we have made the detailed manual and videos of instruction,so you see these instructions first,then try to use,and our technician will standby to instruct you by the social media,make sure you can operate correctly and properly.or even you can contact our salesman to ask to send a technician to your side.
